He added ” we are ready to warmly welcome foreign and domestic investors for investing in gas and oil industries. Investors can receive oil and gas condensate as a form of trading in return for their actions. The Minister of Oil said that the domestic investors such as holdings and large economical enterprises can enter to develop gas fields of country and after the development of the field, they can receive natural gas and gas condensate as food or fuel in return for investment costs and profits. On the other hand, the Deputy Minister of Planning of the Oil Ministry is ready to accept investors in the development of fields and set contracts with them.<\/p>\n
